Just something i was thinking of as i stomped through New York earlier today.
How about a weekly or monthly SHIELDS/Police most wanted? The number of villians is slowly growing and it just a bit of fun to see how they're doing for themselves. Could be rated off thing like Activity, content, chaos, heroic attention etc.
Any ideas?

I kinda like the idea, but isn't it the same as Villain of the month?

I believe this could be quite interesting, it is something I'd rather see cataloged IC however. Perhaps as a part of a database on villains collected by either the JLA or Titans.

Or it could just be a police bulletin somewhere on the board, like the general section, that is updated according to the active villains and what they were last seen doing or why the police want them brought in. It would help with plotting between the villains of the board and heroes/teams.
Thanks Kar-El!

I know I'm not approved yet but I thought that perhaps I should mention that sometimes even heroes get on the wrong side of the law. Misunderstandings do happen and sometimes even heroes get 'called in for questioning'

Is it still planned to implement this? I think it'd be cool to have a compendium of files on villains started by the JLA, noting the important events the villains were involved in/stopped during... But, for it to work IC, I think that the only time something should be added is if it's big enough to warrant a notice in the media (terrorist attack, buildings destroyed, many people slaughtered)... Any information on the villains powers/weaknesses should only be added to their personal bio when members of the JLA see them in action... Like, if a villain meets a member of the team, or the entire team, but doesn't display all of his powers, or if none of his major weaknesses are exploited, they wouldn't be fully listed in the database, since the heroes haven't seen them in action yet, if that makes sense?
On the same token, something similar could be done for the heroes, maybe composed by SHIELD?
It'd be fun to read mini-bios on characters for the site, and could help new members understand the basics of most of the sites characters without having to read the entire bio, if that makes sense? Naturally, in character, only the JLA, and maybe the Titans or SHIELD would have access to the villain database, and only SHIELD would have access to the hero database, except in cases where players are given permission for their characters to hack the systems, for plotting/story purposes?
