(In a sugar-induced nightmare, inside a rat-filled wardrobe, or somewhere over a darkened rainbow, there exists the frightfully fantastic, deliciously devious, and evilly edible world known as Sugar Rush's Chaotic Candy Land. Enter if you dare, but don't count on leaving.)
On his throne made of chocolate and cushioned with marshmallow and inside his candy castle, sat Sugar Rush, the wicked Candy King. Guarded by his Gummi Bear Battalion and worshiped his sweet-toothed subjects, which were all manners of creepy candy creatures. He waited for a poor soul to find his or her way into his chaotic kingdom!
"Fe Fi Fo Fum, I'd say this day is fairly glum," exclaimed the Candy King. "Be it a warrior or be it a knave, a battle with the king is what I crave. I'll capture and torture my enemy until it's no longer fun, then I'll toss the fool into our butterscotch sun!" His subjects then applauded the rhyme. "I thank you!"

In the costume of a down and out warrior came Craig Hollis, Knight of his King and Hero to many. His eyes stared out from under his helmet and spoke of a man seeking adventure and a challenge. And that was what he was seeking as he walked into Sugar Rush's Chaotic Candy Land.
He sought to dethrone the evil Sugar Rush and bring peace to the land.

Craig was spotted at the entrance of the Candy Land. Two horned, big-nosed creatures in green candy armor leaped out and aimed their spiked lollipop lances at the intruder.
"We are the Gruesome Green Guardians of the Gumdrop Gate!" they shouted in unison. "Who be ye? Who be ye?"

"I be Sir Craig von Hollis," replied Craig as a curious look crossed his face. He withdrew his sword from it's sheeth and readied his shield. If they decided to attack he wasn't going to be so easy to take down.

"What do you want in the realm of our Candy King?" asked the guards in unison. "Speak quickly and life may continue to be sweet for you!"

"I wish to travel through this kingdom of candy and eventually challenge the Candy King to combat," replied Sir Craig bravely. He would not show fear in front of these creatures.

"Hoo hoo ha ha hee hee!" laughed the guards. "No one challenges the Candy King... unless they can defeat his champion. And no one has ever defeated his champion. No one has ever defeated... the JawBreaker!" The two then lowered their lollipop lances. "Nevertheless by law should you wish to challenge the champion, we mush allow you admission to the castle. Do you wish to challenge?"

"Yes, I wish to challenge this champion," conceded Craig with a frown. Jawbreaker sounded like something of a challenge. But it would be a challenge that he would do his best to raise to.

"Very well," said the guards. "Enter through the gumdrop gates and take to peanut brittle path to the Candy Castle. There you will have an audience with the Candy King should he be accepting visitors at the time. If so, he will tell you where to find the Jawbreaker. Now be on your ways, and mind the dangers on the path or you may not make it to the castle at all. Hee hee ha ha hoo hoo!" The guards then returned to theirs posts.

"Well, this should be interesting," figured Sir Craig as he started along the directed path. He had no idea what was going to happen at all or what he was going to find.

On down the peanut brittle path, the goober-gobblers, vicious, little, flying, chocolate-covered, peanut-shaped beasts sensed the approach of a potential meal. They all gathered and waited in the trees until he drew closer.

Craig wasn't quite sure what to make of this strange place. It was like no castle he'd seen before. With the strange architecture and creatures that reminded him of a well made dessert. But he was on his guard nonetheless, trying to make sure he wasn't attack from behind.

Suddenly, the goober-gobblers swarm at him, screeching like bats as they closed in. A top a nearby wall, the Marshmallow Mystic sat and laughed at the scene.
"Better find the Cherry Croc Lake to jump into, good sir!" said the Mystic. "They won't chase you into the lake!" Nearby, a cherry-topped beast rose from the lake. "Though that may not solve your problems! Ho-ha!"

Craig headed the Mystic's advice about the lake, but failed to hear the warning about it not being the end of his problems. It was definitely going to be an interesting fight if he had to go against the cherry-topped creature then deal with the goober-gobblers.

The goober-gobblers flew away as the sight of the Cherry Croc of Cherry Croc Lake. The Croc spotted Craig, licked his lips and swallowed him whole. But instead of being sent to a beast's stomach, he was instead sent to the Candy Land's mysterious underground. And once again, the Marshmallow Mystic appeared.
"If you want to return to the surface, you must secure yourself a cotton candy cloud from the cotton candy constructors in the cotton candy caverns?" said the Mystic. "Follow me so far?"
