Sam Bishop strolled the halls of the Titans Tower which was all abuzz with talks of dates or members of the team dating. The two that were on everyone's tongues were Anreal and Pete. Sam smiled, then paused as he remembered that it was not that long ago he and Brandi began seeing each other. Then he wondered why no one had mentioned much about them...
He decided that he was definitely going to give them something to talk about. Grinning to himself he jogged down the hall to his room and booted up his computer. That was when he saw it, The E3 convention was going on and he knew the perfect date. Sam send an email to Brandi suggesting that the two leave at 6pm that day, then went about monitoring the halls again.

Brandi had Kamiko connected to her computer and when she heard the sound of her Yahoo telling she had mail. She then minimized her program but leaves it running .She then scans though her mail and smiled and noticed Sam's message and opened it an and read though it. She had always wanted to the E3 Convention she has gone to a lot of conventions and she has a costume that she wears for each year. She went all the way to Florida for one of them when she had the time to fly down there. She replies back to him saying "of course Sam I would love to go with you I will be right there when I'm ready to go " She then goes to her costume closet. She then took out something that is not her uniform. She was dressing as an anime character called Ai Enma from Hell Girl. She made her own costume it took her weeks even with Kamiko's help. When it was time to go and she puts on her costume and picked up her prop which was a straw doll and smiled and waited for Sam to appear. She has also heard talk about Anreal and Pete . |

Sam went to knock on Brandi's door not dressed in much more than what he typically wore around the tower. He was rocking his standard sunglasses, however they weren't on his face, they were conveniently hanging from the collar of a weathered tee shirt. He had layered a 3/4 length sleeved shirt on top of that, unbuttoned of course, jeans and biker boots accompanied that completing his "look".
He was excited as this convention would be the unveiling of a new console system and he had done enough research to know that the contents of the console would include state of the art tech for the Titan's time here... It would be several more years before the usage of Shi'ar tech was integrated into console technology. Brandi, he figured, was likely going to just see items to take apart or manipulate to upgrade Kamiko. He still couldn't get over WHY the little android had such a distaste for him. Hopefully, he thought to himself, that thing will stay here.

Brandi stepped out of her room without Kamiko knowing that the android doesn't like Sam for some reason. She doesn't even know the answer to that question because she gave Kamiko a free will unlike most creators of these types of things. She created Kamiko to be her sidekick and Kamiko is very protective over Brandi and will speak her mind about people. She then looked towards Sam and smiled and puts out her hand towards him and then says "Alright Sam I am ready to go now and don't worry Kamiko isn't coming I left her in my room " She had plans to buy something really cool to build one of her crazy inventions which she usually spends her time doing when she isn't doing her hero work. She gives him a kiss on his cheek and placed her arm around his waist. The Convention for her is place to buy herself a big gaming console so she can modify it to work on today's TVs

"Hey gorgeous," Sam said upon being kissed. While there was a difference in their age, Sam was still slowly coming to terms with the fact he was involved with someone younger than himself. "His future" wasn't too far down the road, chronologically speaking, so he finally determined, with coaxing from Pete, that it was fine to now date Brandi. He took one good look at Brandi and gently proceeded to lead her into a spin so he could look at the entire costume she was wearing. "Hell Girl?" he questioned, "Is she going to be in a game coming out?"

Brandi smiled little bit as he twirled her around to get a better look at her hardly worked on costume. it was true Hell girl had its own game but it was out thirty-one years ago but only in Japan on the PlayStation 2 but now there is news it coming on the new system the PlayStation XX . She then nodded little bit " Actually Sam it already been out but thirty-one years ago on PlayStation 2 ago but only Japan its coming on the new PlayStation now with better graphics and everything She grinned happily she was actually dressed like the old anime but she also heard about the game finally coming out in America and she was happy to finally play it possibly

Well what are we waiting on babe? Let's go!" Sam extended his hand and bowed slightly allowing his date to walk by him. Sam was really excited to finally be getting out from the Tower and all of the work he and Brandi had been doing to fortify it against any future attacks. When they reached the lower levels of the Tower, which the team had work on to convert it into the Young Titans' "garage", Sam quipped, "I let Pete take the T-Car out for his date with Anreal. Sooo, do you want to fly us over?...", raising a brow. "Or do you want to take my bike?" he asked after stealthily pressing the remote start on his keys, causing the vehicle to rumble into a lazy idle.

She looked towards Sam and the smiled and walked down to the garage with him. She figured that he wouldn't wanted fly with he and then looked towards the bike and nodded little bit towards him " We can ride your bike if you prefer it Sam " She goes towards his bike order to get on it to get ready to go with him putting on her helmet and some shades to protect her eyes from whatever flies at her

" Wow, yet again you have somehow managed to steal my breath away. Are you sure you aren't really a villain sent to infiltrate our team?" Sam said with a chuckle. Reving the bike's motor, the unlikely pair sped off down the expressway. He had to admit thoughtfully, he.'d never met anyone like Brandi before, not even in his father's time. The X-Men's winged hero, Angel had long since had his wings surgically modified... or mutated, at the hands of the mutant biologist Sinister. Sam was also surprised that she was able to find a way to keep or at least hide her wings.

Brandi just smiled as she held on to him as they ride down towards the place where the convention was being held. She doesn't really hide her wings that much but when in public when she didn't wanted attention she uses a device to camouflage her wing which isn't easy because they are so big. The color of her wings attach attention also because not many what people like her called Angels have that color. She right at this moment has her wing pinned under her costume which it look kind of puffed and puts pressure on her back. She loved Sam very much as she placed her head against his shoulder".. Ha...ha. that would not be good . She knows he was joking of course it would be bad if she as villain considering she did help Same with the security of the tower

Sam was joking with Brandi as he revved the engine of the bike and popped a wheelie. The young heroes sped their way through the city and soon arrived at their destination. "Hey," Sam exclaimed over the rumble of the bike's engine, "see that guy dressed as my dad?!"

Brandi looked over to guy Sam was looking at who seem to be Luke Bishop the man whom heard of being with x-men man ten years " Yes I do Sam what about him " She looked back towards him waiting for something say something about . She thought he would say something interesting but she knew from going to Conventions a lot of people dressed as their favorite hero. She got ready get off the bike with a smiled on her face.

Sam found it odd that someone would dress like his old man. He found it amusing how accurate the "comics" depicted him. He'd gone through a lot of changes, but he didn't become the gritty old geezer they made him out to be in the early 2000's.

She continued to walked away from going to artist alley looking though some nice fan-art. She wanted something and looked sideways toward Sam and smiled little and took out her money told the artist " ma'am I would like an art of Current Avengers as cats " She grinned little bit . She was going to have some fun with Sam at this she wasn't too far away from him since they came here as date. She waited for Sam to tell her where he wanted to go next.

This was nothing like he had seen in the clips of these events from the past... There were people dressed up as their favorite characters, some real, some animated copies, some were even from video games.... Sam was overwhelmed. Even with his mutant factor and the giant "M" on his eye, much like his father's; "branding" him... literally MARKING him as a mutant... People thought he was remarkable and asked him if he was Bishop or Taio Cruz.... which he also got.... a lot.
Looking over his shoulder he saw Brandi. She seemed to be taking it all in stride, maybe she was waiting for his lead. At any rate he tried to "voice" to her via his facial expression that he was sorry. This wasn't what he was expecting, yet he set his face and mentally made plans to make up for this.
Pressing through the growing throng about him he reached for her hand.
